Our second week of holiday was in Christchurch with Daddy, Granny and Grandad.
We celebrated Mum's birthday with dinner out... Went on lots of adventures with Granny and Grandad to: Science Alive - Mackenzie even got a hole in one with Grandad. The park.
The rides at the shopping centre when it got wet. We went to the Antarctic centre and experienced snow and an antarctic storm and saw penguins. Had sooo much fun at Orana Park feeding the animals and seeing them all up close. Hand feeding the giraffes was a definite highlight.
We took a ride on the tram, and fed the ducks on the avon and played in the leaves. Thanks everyone for a fantastic adventure.

Holiday - week one
We spent the first week of our holiday in Invercargill with our lovely friends Aunty Louby, Uncle Stu, Kate, Sam and Lachie. We had so much fun visiting playgrounds, going to gym doing ballet classes learning about Thomas the tank engine.
And having soooo much fun playing together, although I think Aunty Louby thought Alex was a girl and was playing dolly dress ups with him. We can't wait to see you all again.

Alex at 10 months
This is the best photo mum could get of me at 10 months because I would not stay still and just kept chasing her and the camera.
To celebrate being 10 months I have a new trick. I can stand for a good couple of minutes unassisted so now I just have to put together my walking holding on with with standing and I'll be on my way! I also like to talk, talk, talk, most of it is babble but Mum, Dad, Tom and Jump seem to feature frequently.
Mum has been trying to get me to take a bottle now we have dairy free formula but I am very stubborn (or determined as my Dad says) and I refuse to even open my mouth for it. I know what's in it and in 'aint the good stuff.
